Customer Service & Sales Support Manager
Current• Oversees Customer Service Associate and Sales Support Associate• Plays a key role in customer service process improvement projects• Responsible for training new customer service staff • Actively resolves problems and assists in the development of a customer contacts system within CRM.• Facilitates Reprint and print-copy sales from start to finish.• Handles subscription team requests in the backend system• Sets up association partnership subscriptions.• Completes Weekly CRM reporting/clean-up, including approving new accounts.• Serves as GTS liaison for team – creates tickets, meets with GTS, conveys updates to team and clients.• Facilitates unpaid revenue collections for Subs, Atlas, and Events • Tracks ecommerce business and analyzes data to share with pertinent teams.• Works with USPS on delivery issues. • Manages credit voucher system for events team.• Creates training materials for subscriptions and service teams.• Completes subscription renewals monthly and annually. • Works with Events Team on subscriber attendees.• Manages a monthly subscription sales goal efficiently and proactively
