Current• Partnering and strategizing with enterprise level clients to provide customized and efficient operational processes to complex workflows• Continually setting and maintaining multiple priorities and executing in a timely manner• Interfacing with management, sales, and internal teams at multiple levels to identify, establish and maintain positive operational and strategic perspectives with them• Developing an ongoing understanding of customers goals and strategies and building relationships as their main point of contact• Maintaining both individual and team-oriented goals and strategies and making decisions and recommendations in the best interest of both the customer and the company
