Make it easy for someone to find what they need from the product you provide for them. I love creating design art. I love playing with high-concept design, but in the end the product provided has to work for a wide range of people.So that is how I operate in my work and life. Create a simple design product - from websites to apps to even social media graphic - and then throw in a little bit of magic that wows. You'll see a bit of this in my portfolio.Yet my portfolio isn't just where you'll see a mix of simplicity and magic. As a manager, I try to keep my style simple and open so people blossom and grow. As a planner, keep the plan from getting too convoluted so everyone understands it, knowing it will make people wonder how the final event, project or product seemed so effortlessly beautiful. They'll never see the blood, sweat or tears on the back end, but they'll feel the joy in the final product. And in the end, isn't that what UX and UI are? Making others get the most from what you produce so they feel seen, heard and felt?So bring it on and let's bring more design magic to the world.
