Designed clinical operations and education org. structure, which led training in support of field (services, sales, retail), CX, as well as enterprise learning and development.Created first-of-its-kind aesthetic injector curriculum for novice HCPs, building scale from 2-15 locations.Built field and enterprise end-to-end curriculum which included onboarding, regulatory/compliance, digital content LMS, job-specific training (FOH/BOH), and brand lovemark.Spearheaded internal communication process and portal, designed to bolster employee engagement, adoption, and productivity.

Bartlett's leadership steered the artistic direction of the makeup service menu, creation of the on onboarding & education program, and product development for both the Glamsquad namesake line (sold D2C and QVC) & GSQ brand (sold in CVS nation-wide). She led a nation-wide team which educated the squad of beauty professionals, inspiring them to bring the best products and services to the client's they touch.Kelli is proud to give beauty professionals the opportunity to do what they love, on their own terms, while delivering high-quality, professional makeup applications and products that truly change the way people feel. Kelli joined Glamsquad to found the makeup program before the app's launch in January of 2014, bringing her experience with makeup artistry, education, red carpets, runways and editorial pages. Bartlett is responsible for the rigorous vetting of all Glamsquad makeup artists as well as keeping the Glamsquad service menu outfitted with wearable, on-trend beauty looks. A true beauty junkie, Kelli also works with beauty brands to create meaningful and exciting partnerships within the makeup and skincare category. Making people look and feel beautiful, combined with superior customer experience are hallmarks of Bartlett's work.
