Bartlett's leadership steered the artistic direction of the makeup service menu, creation of the on onboarding & education program, and product development for both the Glamsquad namesake line (sold D2C and QVC) & GSQ brand (sold in CVS nation-wide). Kelli joined Glamsquad to found the makeup program before the app's launch in January of 2014, bringing her experience with makeup artistry, education, red carpets, runways and editorial pages. Bartlett is responsible for the rigorous vetting of all Glamsquad makeup artists as well as keeping the Glamsquad service menu outfitted with wearable, on-trend beauty looks. A true beauty junkie, Kelli also works with beauty brands to create meaningful and exciting partnerships within the makeup and skincare category. Making people look and feel beautiful, combined with superior customer experience are hallmarks of Bartlett's work.
