As a 18 year veteran in the reprographic industry, the last 15 years have been spent with my current employer. We are Alabama's largest privately owned company and strive to provide superior customer service, along with industry leading reprographic solutions. I currently manage our Digital Services Department; providing our clients with the capabilities of file transfers via email, ftp, web, cd's or any digital data storage device. We provide digital archiving services to those clients who have the need for long-term printing projects, and scan-to-print options for those with day-to-day needs. Our archiving services, include maintaining the phases of a project from beginning to end, renaming and updating files when needed and providing a final cd at the projects completion. Our Reprographic Production Dept; the printing of oversize documents has changed over my years of service allowing me the opportunity to learn and challenge myself to look forward. I manage a production group of six monochrome (black & white) printers, two scanners, and one large format color copier; maintaining necessary work-flow, monitoring cost/waste ratios, effeciency standards,and quality control; All in a days work!
