In my current role I work day-to-day with my Client Services Account team, operations and senior management to ensure my clients are receiving the best possible service. I'm no stranger to the worker’s compensation industry, having spent 22 years at One Call. I beganmy career at One Call in 2002 as a DME intake and scheduling Care Coordinator. I stayed in this roleuntil 2015, when I then transitioned into Enterprise Operations Training, where I shared myknowledge and trained existing and new hire employees on systems, processes and protocols for allproducts and services offered at One Call. In 2017, I moved into the Client Services Account Managerposition. I enjoy working closely and building relationships with our customers to achieve their goalsand to ensure they are receiving the maximum value from their partnership with One Call.
