 Effectively direct marketing and advertising for new construction senior living communities with focus on resident-centered services to achieve high occupancy goals. Create and manage appropriate marketing and events budgets to achieve strategic program goals.  Formulate goals, objectives and policies to ensure satisfaction from customers and to meet occupancy deadlines. Presenting and signing into contractual agreements as they relate to housing occupancy and rental terms. Engage in networking with professional, program directors and executives to establish ongoing and long-term relationships. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams in short and long-term planning objectives and ensure the implementation of strategies to meet those objectives. Hire and train new housing counselors in effective marketing competencies, team leadership and communication skills. Engage and direct staff in ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain systems for targeting leads, follow-ups, and closing on senior living placement within the Presbyterian Homes housing system. Liaison between residents, Senior Housing Partners and Presbyterian Homes to create an acceptable and appealing housing plan for each resident/couple. Coordinate appropriate services based on assessment for each resident as needed to ensure success in new environment.

 Entering federally deficient departments with no experience and successfully implementing and directing staff to obtain deficiency-free status in 90 days while ensuring long-term success in subsequent federal surveys. Successfully surmounting a high learning curve for expertise in knowledge of federal regulations within the Social Services Department and across interdisciplinary departments within 90 days. Creating an annual budget and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Establish efficient work assignments for direct subordinates and across interdisciplinary team. Create a positive community message, direct marketing strategies and directly engage in networking to ensure occupancy standards were met. Direct supervision of employees in regards to hiring, ongoing training and evaluating job performance initiating corrective action when necessary. Community networking with outside programs, hospitals and other referral sources to create a positive image and initiate long-term relationships. Effectively communicate with patients, families, nursing staff, administration and physicians to ensure patient health, safety and overall wellbeing. Oversee all department functions, assess and effectively implement change when necessary. Direct and coordinate employees in participation in community events to promote our facility and provide direct community support.
