This includes understanding their needs, developing a deep knowledge of their business, and providing them with the right talent to meet their specific requirements.Project Coordination: Responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and as efficiently and organized as possible. This includes working with clients to understand their project requirements, coordinating with internal teams to identify the right talent for the project, and managing the project timeline and deliverables.Recruitment: Responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting the best talent for data center and infrastructure projects and clients. This includes creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate screenings and background checks (full life cycle recruitment)
