Kelly's financial and Human Resources background and training in achieving consensus has made her a valued member of many governing boards: * Former Chair, Vice Chair and Member of Board of Directors for Delta Dental of Colorado (2013-2022), Member of Finance and Audit Committee and Chair of the Foundation * Member of Board of Directors for Haselden Construction (2021-Present) * Member of Board of Directors for Ensemble Innovation Ventures Fund (2023-Present) * President and CEO of Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, 3000 members (2009-2021) * Chief of Staff for the City of Denver overseeing an $850 million General Fund (2006-2009) * HR Director for the City and County of Denver, a 10,000 + employee organization (2003-2005) * Owned and operated a mediation firm and a small construction company (1995-2010)Kelly has an MBA from the University of Colorado - Denver and attended the Harvard Business School programs on the Role of Directors on Public Traded Boards and Making Corporate Boards More Effective. She has been a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) for over ten years. Kelly has significant Kelly also has significant international experience with the German Marshall Fund (GMF). She was selected as a German Marshall Memorial Fellow in 2001 and served on the Trans-Atlantic Network for GMF, 2000 to 2010. Explored public-private partnerships and identified best practices for application in the U.S. including implementing the use of social impact bonds in Colorado and the first bike share program in Denver. Countries of focus were Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Morocco, Netherland, Poland, Slovakia and Spain. She has served on a number of non-profit boards including Chair of Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Denver Zoo and Denver Public Schools Foundation.
