Performs administrative and executive level duties related to planning, directing, budgeting and organizing for the West Valley/Taylorsville Animal Shelter.

I oversaw the adherence to policy, safety, training, press relations and operations of the uniform watch. I supervised the internal affairs operation and oversaw the investigation of incidences involving police personnel. I commanded the SWAT Team. I directed the duties of the Professional Standards Division which consisted of the training of all personnel within the department. I commanded the Traffic Division consisting of four motor officers and eight traffic officers. Supervised the major accident reconstruction unit within the traffic division.

I supervised two dock foreman and oversaw the loading operation for the entire facility, meeting important deadlines and ensuring the trailers were loaded safely and on time.
