Focus on AML/KYC testing and monitoring. Assist in the implementation of group wide policies; providing training and advice on regulatory matters. Formerly AML KYC Officer - Contribute in the development and implementation of procedures and controls within the business; make recommendations regarding AML/KYC risks; provide training to staff on AML/KYC related issues.

Conduct AML/KYC searches at onboarding of clients; establish procedures and checklists; consulted on controls required to create a robust data reporting system; escalation point for day to day AML queries. Provide reports to management and stakeholders.

Provide Registered Office and Registered Agent Services to companies who wish to carry a business license. Provide Corporate Paralegal and compliance support to Fund Administrators, Investment Managers and Counsel in the Hedge Fund Industry; corporate support to private companies. Recognized Agent & Registered Office Services. Corporate Secretary Services to offshore and local companies ensuring that minute books are current and jurisdictional requirements are met.

On an 'as required' basis I instruct students at Eastern College in certain aspects of the paralegal program. Primarily I instruct the Corporate/Commercial Law module and have also provided instruction on Legal Terminology and General Law Office Procedures.

Provide paralegal support to lawyers in Bermuda and Toronto. Liaise with directors and officers of funds to ensure timely completion of transactional resolutions; attend at Board Meetings via telephone; take minutes and finalize same. Work with service providers in Cayman Islands, BVI and Barbados on various fund transactions.
