Since 1997, Kelly has vigorously litigated all aspects of domestic relations cases for her clients, with special emphasis on custody disputes, support and alimony issues, and the challenges presented by cases involving domestic violence. In addition to litigation involving high-conflict cases, Kelly has appellate experience, as well as an interest in policy and legislative matters involving family law. In addition, Kelly is a trained mediator and practices Collaborative Law. She was a member of the Massachusetts Legislature’s Alimony Reform Task Force, the committee that drafted the Alimony Reform Act of 2011. Kelly is a former member of the Council of the Boston Bar Association, a former Trustee of the Boston Bar Foundation, and is former co-chair of the BBA's Family Law Steering Committee. She is former President of the Board of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, as well as a mentor and trainer for the Women's Bar Foundation's Family Law Project. Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly selected Kelly as a "Top Women of Law 2012" honoree.
