As a Senior Associate member, this role also includes working closely with Flaunt-It's Core Team.Some responsibilities include:→ Creating art and/or material monthly, using Canva, Procreate, and other tools that uphold Flaunt-It’s values of fostering self-esteem, representation and leadership→ Developing art to be featured on Flaunt It’s merchandise, live events, exhibits and social media→ Building concepts, artwork and layout to support FlauntIt’s various campaigns→ Maintaining and improving Flaunt-It's various websites, and ensuring the information, collection items, and layout are up-to-date. → In charge of creating and coordinating designs for Flaunt It's merchandise to be sold online and at in-person markets.→ Planning monthly themed mini collections, and reaching out to potential artists.→ Responsible for updating Flaunt It's collection website.→ Responsible for designing pages and activities for Flaunt It's Visual Anthology/Magazine.

→ Further developed teamwork, communication skills, various design platform skills (Procreate, Canva, etc.), content creation, and marketing techniques during program workshops/events.→ Created a four-panel painting based on self-reflexivity displayed in Flaunt It's Visual Anthology Magazine (Issue 001). The magazine is based on empowering and spreading the voices/work of BIPOC women.

→ Designed a social media page/site to promote and organize orders, as well as to reach out and interact with customers and other individuals.→ Gained experience creating designs based on trends and hand-making keychains, jewelry, tote bags, etc.→ Gained experience dealing with money and customer interactions at in-person business markets and online.

→ Interacted with customers at the front desk as a receptionist.→ Researched analytics and created content for social media.→ Designed and drew theme-based ideas for potential merchandise.
