In 1999, Mathis began to pave a promising career path in the upstate of South Carolina. Initially, Mathis worked as a receptionist, and quickly moved up the corporate ladder as her work ethic and dedication distinguished her from others. Working closely with consultants, and senior officers (CEO, CFO, and COO), her desire to learn, positive attitude and strive for excellence allowed her to assume the role of Office Manager. In 2007 she continued to pave her career path with a full service supply chain logistic’s company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She commenced her work in the Administration Department, where her time management and organizational skills exceeded the standards. Building upon past management experience, Mathis managed the accounting departments for their logistics software company, warehousing division, and multi-state brokerage company. She also managed all Human Resource departments over multiple states. Her accounting skills were refined as she processed 10K audits and managed monthly and quarterly financial statements. Furthermore, she successfully managed the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments of the Brokerage Company.Mathis' aspiration and commitment to merit allowed her to seize a well-deserved opportunity as Office and Accounting Manager of Network Controls & Electric, Inc. in Greenville, SC; the reputable company is also one of the top 25 fastest growing companies in the state. Within the company, Mathis held a Senior Management title, managing the Human Resource Department, Accounting Department, and Payroll Department. Transforming from an outstanding manager to a well-versed and inspiring leader, Mathis innovated and explored growth and improvement strategies for the entirety of the company. 2018, She has taken on the Accounting & Office Manager position at Carolina Underground Solutions, a company named top 20 fastest growing companies in South Carolina in 2019. In 2019 Broadband Infrastructure acquired both Carolina Underground Solutions and Absolute Technologies LLC allowing her a corporate position of Director of Administration for both companies. In 2021, moving back to her home in Washington state, she holds a Business Manager position for Gilmour & Company. A company, founded in 1969, that provides lime products to diverse industries. Again, managing HR and Accounting support for multi-state facilities she will look to explore growth potential and improve processes that can benefit all areas of the company.
