Jack of all trades in this management role, but key role was to develop and fine-tune the internet sales process and develop the team. Created much needed internet sales flow, worked with team to train how to use and how to manage clients in CRM tools, and developed communication templates and follow-up schedules for the team to work with. On the pre-owned side, I worked with Service team to repair and make-ready trade in vehicles for sale and went to auction to sell other units at auction and purchase inventory. Maintained inventory of 60+ retail units (preowned) and managed teams of 8+ for both new and pre-owned ensuring their training and development, and support in closing. Instrumental in the development of a BDC, worked with manufacturer to review and measure digital marketing budget, and refine follow-up schedules and create the BDC/call center for tracking and following up lost sales, lease returns and service follow-up.
