I work the Human Services field with people that have Intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD). I have been working in this field before I was able to work. I volunteered in a nursing home when I was younger and helped with the kids in my high school that were mentally challenged. After high school I worked in the field for a few more years then decided to pursue other options but eventually ended back where my heart is. I went back to school in 2014 to work on my bachelor's degree in Human Services and now I am working on building my skills in the field so I can work on moving up into a higher position.
