Later, she brought her talents to New York City, where she made significant contributions at Douglas Elliman, Urban Compass (as one of their initial hires), and William Ravels, specializing in luxury sales working with many distinguished clientele -closing a deal with her personal hero Gloria Steinman. Notably, Kelly also lent her expertise to the Elliot Spitzer family portfolio in Manhattan. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded K. Pieper Consulting, where she served as a relocation and real estate consultant to over twenty Fortune 500 companies.Most recently she was the Regional Manager for Berkshire Hathaway Robert Paul Boston.Kelly holds broker licenses in both Massachusetts and New York and furthered her RE education at Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
