– Performed design, constructability review, construction inspection, and project management roles for public works projects.– Notable projects included:o Cottage Hospital Reconstruction: Design, Construction, and Project Manager for the offsite utilities and onsite grading for this $750 million hospital replacement. Significant agency coordination was required between the Owner, City, and County.o Santa Barbara Airport Terminal Replacement: Design and Construction Management of the landside improvements for this new 70,000 SF new terminal and relocation and rehabilitation of the old terminal building.o Tank Farm Gravity Sewer, Force Main, and Lift Station: $10M project for City of San Luis Obispo through City, County, and Caltrans ROW that included construction of a lift station, jack and bored pipe, force main, and gravity sewer line.

– Assisted in preparation of the City’s 2000/2001 Urban Water Management Plan update– Perform complex data analyses on Excel based models to project water supply amounts from the Los Angeles Aqueduct to the City in order to aid in purchase amounts from the Metropolitan Water District.– Supported the Assistant General Manager’s office with drafting of policy positions on water and environment related legislation affecting the City.
