Report to the Chief Executive Officer. Certify all public filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Lead discussions with the Audit Committee regarding the company’s financial results and quarterly filings, including the company’s Supplemental Operating and Financial Data package and form 10-Q. Oversee pro-rations, ownership transition and accounting for disposition of the company’s flagship property. Oversee accounting function for the company’s proposed merger. This role was assumed in addition to duties as VP, Business Initiatives and Applications outlined below.

Partnered with executive management to identify a wide variety of business improvement opportunities to enable scalability, developed new and re-engineered business processes, quantified cost savings, and led team to implement solutions with a team approach. Centralized and standardized key company functions to create efficiencies, operational effectiveness, and to mitigate risk.• Led implementation of three financial application systems: Yardi Commercial Property Management, Yardi Job Cost and Avidxchange electronic invoice management system. Led to significantly reduced staff levels, and comprehensive and reliable system generated information. • Spearheaded executive management initiative to develop and implement policies and procedures for lease deal approvals, and developed current lease and prospective lease deal reporting.• Developed the company’s first ever recurring executive reports for CEO, COO and Board of Directors. • Developed and implemented first ever portfolio-wide monitoring and reporting procedures for tenant delinquencies and at-risk tenants• Centralized tenant operating expense audit function, standardizing the process and the information provided, significantly reducing company-wide risk.• Oversight of lease administration, financial application systems group, tenant operating expense audit function, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal audit, REIT compliance

Led the accounting group through an 18 month public REIT formation and IPO process (2002 – June 2003), post-IPO transition to a public company and a more than doubling of size at peak of company growth (2007).• During pre-IPO period: > Performed purchase accounting multiple times due to incremental purchase of joint venture partners’ interest > Created stand-alone management company reporting entity for the REIT and first ever consolidated financial statements for the REIT. • During post-IPO period: > Implemented compliance with public company financial reporting standards, REIT compliance standards and Sarbanes-Oxley in 2004 (the first year of compliance for all publicly traded companies)• Successfully integrated accounting for 41 properties with 24 million square feet within a four year period • Restructured the accounting department 3 times in 4 years in response to changes in company size and structure > Created a sustainable public company accounting department management structure (2003) > Centralized accounting operations to effectively integrate the acquisition of 16 properties, 11.6 million square feet, over a 23 month period (2005) > Restructured the accounting group into functional departments to integrate a portfolio acquisition of 24 properties, 7.7 million square feet (2007) > Created 50 positions in accounting department to handle company growth (peak employment at 65 professionals) • Integrated a 24 property portfolio acquisition, acting as a liaison between the company and the property management team during the transition, and developing extensive policies and procedures for all aspects of accounting and property management• Created and oversaw the Financial Applications Systems group, responsible for implementing and supporting the company’s financial systems, including Yardi and Avidxchange
