I am a dynamic person, full of energy and passion, a natural entrepreneur and always looking for the next challenge! I had my own business for many years but when Covid hit I had to close and re think. I got a job with Sitel working on the test and trace campaign as a call agent. I quickly progressed to manager and have successfully managed 2 teams of 50 agents increasing their productivity by over 50%. Following on from this new experience I started as a consultant working in education, pioneering the business model in the London area. Very quickly we grew the team and I was managing a team of four London consultants. I enjoyed this job so much and found it incredibly rewarding.My husband wanted to travel the world so I reluctantly left the job. I have now joined a new business start up - Shape A Life - working with graduates keen for an opportunity to explore a career in education. I am excited for my new role especially as it is going to be fully flexible and I can work wherever in the world I am!
