• Directly supervise the Senior Community Engagement Coordinator and two Community Engagement Coordinators.• Provide oversight of all facets of the volunteer and More-than-Volunteer (MTV) lifecycle, including the recruitment, placement, scheduling, orientation, training, and retention of community volunteers and MTVs.• Provide or support the direct supervision for MTVs placed on the People, Culture, and Engagement team.• Develop and implement the strategy for the Foodbank’s mission-driven programs, including key performance indicators, and conduct ongoing evaluation of various programs.• Co-develop and execute integrated and equitable people operations across all Foodbank personnel• Oversee the development of disaster volunteer training, mobilization strategies, and processes. Serve as the leader of volunteer disaster deployment and operations in the event of a disaster event. • Lead the development of an outreach strategy to ensure continuous promotion of Foodbank volunteer and More-Than-Volunteer programs within the community to build a talent pipeline for organizational people needs.• Oversee the execution of all aspects of volunteer communications.

As part of the People, Culture and Engagement team, I’m responsible for the oversight of the Foodbank’s volunteer services and community engagement programs, including food drives and the Backyard Bounty program. I provide daily departmental management and oversight of our More than Volunteer Programs, including Internships, AmeriCorps, and more, from recruitment, onboarding and engagement throughout their time at the Foodbank.

As the Executive Vice President I led the Management Team, consisting of four Council Directors, who managed twelve different teams. I supported each team's operations, helping to carry out the mission of the League and training others to become leaders in the community.
