In my role I'm responsible for content of one of our products while also managing a team of technical writers.We deliver high-quality, informative content for our customers to increase feature adoption, drive brand loyalty, and allow our users to maximise the return on their investment. Key responsibilities:- Managing a team of Technical Writers and Community Moderators- Release content, including Release Notes, Feature Announcements, In-app messaging (both dialogue and guides), EDMs and more.- Managing automation and integrations- Data analysis and reporting to key stakeholders- Image and Video Development- Online Training Course Development- General Customer Communications- Ensuring outgoing communications from multiple departments are consistent with the global brand guidelines and tone- Business Process Review and Change Management- Website design

In this role, I worked with our customers to ensure a successful, smooth implementation of our software within their business. Utilising my problem-solving and customer service skills, I was able to analyse individual business requirements and propose a variety of solutions. Projects ranged from just simple in-store POS solutions to more complex integrations with online webstores on a variety of platforms.
