Managing 1 Help Desk technician and assisting our full Help Desk with any issues that require escalation or more complicated troubleshooting and secure access.

Managing and leading 8 Help Desk staff members.

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls from clients to troubleshoot any issues that may be going with the client's terminal services session or local computer including but not limited to hardware, software and network issues. Training new technician's and some management of the entire Helpdesk itself, including, tech schedules, vacation time etc.
