Scanning and Indexing cold checks and miscellaneous papers. Filing, answering emails, sending receivers requests, receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders. Preparing checks to be mailed.

Support Student Life & Leadership department events, conduct Campus Tours, meet and greet prospective students, families, alumni, and special guests, assist in the College's Foundation Fundraising/ Community Relation efforts, represent the college at off-campus events as needed, provide assistance in the office, making phone calls to potential students scheduling conferences, assist the Art Center in its events and being a customer service representative handling incidents as they occurred, working food pantry, doing interviews for news and other media for school, being a model for pictures to represent school, must be dependable, outgoing, and enthusiastic, possess the ability to listen, problem solve, and react quickly
