I have a diploma in wedding and Event planning Director of ICE Event Management I have over 20 years experience in customer service and over 10 years experience Managing teams and leading people on site and remotely in the leisure and hospitality industries.At the age of 18 I started at Holmes place Chigwell where my love for customer service grew and I was soon promoted to service manager, managing membership and reception. I also worked for Virgin active Chigwell in a similar role. I later moved to David Lloyd Chigwell where I spent 11 years in many customer service manager roles and in 2021 promoted to Regional Membership Support manager working remotely and managing 6 busy regions, 6 team leaders and over 70 membership advisers, delivering the best customer service, caring and looking after our members and the team. I recently left David Lloyd after an amazing 11 years and took some time out with my family.
