I oversee all digital operations, including website design, booking software integration, CRM, and social media marketing, and directed the design of smart bicycles and kayaks with branded signage and an app to enhance user experience.In my role as co-founder and general manager of Port House Grill, I handled every facet of business operations, from brand creation, HR, and marketing strategies to management of technology such as POS system implementation, custom internal software development, and online presence. My leadership drove annual revenue growth by an average of 25%, leading to average revenue of $750K, and the restaurant was twice awarded both North East Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year and Maryland's Top Crab Cake Challenge.
