Responsible for internal and external communications and resources that are utilized by over 400 contact center agents, home ports staff, outports staff and shipboard crew across three lines of business: Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions. Build, design, draft, implement, edit, audit and manage copy, graphic design, digital content and layout of webpages and other internal and external media outlets. Create visually engaging resources using animation, graphic design and video for internal audiences. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with business partners ensuring quality and timely deliverables on key information to meet business requirements. Research, analyze, validate, draft, create, edit and maintain original copy and shared content that is accurate, cohesive and relevant while meeting business and target audience needs through various digital channels, such as; intranet, email, slack, apps and newsletters. Collaborate with operational partners to create and implement communication initiatives that support policies, procedures, product details and global content. Audit, analyze, build and edit to ensure all shipboard content is accurate and up-to-date for the onboard Voyage Planner, Guest-facing Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and Guest-facing digital screens onboard. Act as key partner for the onboard Entertainment Integration Managers, Entertainment Shoreside Teams, Dining Teams, and Digital Production Teams when building, editing and maintaining digital shipboard content for the onboard Voyage Planner, Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and onboard digital information screens in Guest areas on all five Disney cruise ships.

Communicate with 160 Guests and Travel Agents through inbound phone calls regarding product availability, pricing and other services each day. Cultivate vacation planning experiences utilizing exemplary sales techniques, excellent guest service skills, and strong attention to detail for 300 cruise itineraries. Selected for the Air Pilot Program with 15 other Cast Members to roll out air selling program to Guests and Travel Agents. Selected for the Displacement Guest Services Team as a backup supervisor during times of high demand.
