Passionate about helping others to have it all. It's possible and within reach! My business life before motherhood was fun. I was a producer for television and radio commercials and worked in internal communications, also doing a stint as a radio DJ. I worked long hours and that was great, my career was fulfilling and exciting, and then.... I had my first child. My barometer for what was most important changed drastically and I found myself at work, wishing I were home. If I could only create a work schedule that changed when I needed or wanted it to on the fly. Time is an important commodity and I wanted more of it. My new priority was to create my own schedule and enjoy the flexibility of loving what I do, doing it when I wanted, and leveraging my income.I've owned a business since my daughters were 1, 2, and 3 years old (19 years ago now). In the beginning, I wanted “more” for myself and my family, more income, and more experiences. Once able to put on my proverbial “own mask first” the vision became bigger! Helping someone else carve a path became the obsession! What does your perfect life look like? Fast forward to today, I work on my own terms for a long time and have traveled, and more importantly, have helped others to find that perfect balance too. My daughters are growing up and when they started going to college I thought I might enjoy a "big girl job". That is when event planning came into my life. I go to work like Mary Poppins, smiling and happy to be there every day. I love what I do. Each event, workshop, meeting or gathering has its own pulse. I jump in with both feet every day and try to make each customer feel like they are my only customer, no matter how busy it gets. Game On!!
