As a Senior Program Manager at Health Resources in Action, I manage impactful initiatives at the intersection of public health and policy change. -Co-design, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate all aspects of the Opioid Overdose Prevention Training Project for the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Use Services. -Trained over 500 employees at homeless shelters, correction facilities, police departments, and other social service organizations in Opioid Overdose Prevention, Response, and Harm Reduction-Research, develop, implement, and evaluate four new training curricula for substance use providers with an explicit racial equity lens: Analyzing the War on Drugs, Addressing Drug-Related Stigma Through Policy, Working with People Who Use Stimulants, and Supervising Staff in Times of Crisis. -Manage small client projects that include workplanning, budget development, and creating client deliverables such as toolkits and training curricula. -Cofounder of the Green Team, an internal committee dedicated to bringing sustainable practices to Health Resources in Action such as improving waste infrastructure, building thought leadership around climate change and public health, and empowering employees to make environmentally conscious decisions
