In both my work and my personal life, I am a strategist and connector. I enjoy, and seem to have a gift for, connecting people with each other, with organizations, with ideas, resources, events, etc. to fulfill their goals and passions. As a strategic partner, I facilitate critical, innovative thinking, guiding strategy for individuals, groups, and organizations. As an OE/OD professional, I utilize multiple modalities including coaching, innovative problem solving, and strengths-based approaches. My leadership philosophy is "Know who you are and what you're trying to accomplish." I am passionate about inclusive leadership, diversity, equity, development, and empowerment to increase performance, productivity, resilience, and retention. As an insightful trailblazer I have started groups, initiatives, and been the first to hold positions in organizations throughout my career.
