This portfolio includes: career development and advising for social work students both on and off campus; Design and delivery of workshops, event planning, employer relations and recruitment.

Portfolio included: Drop in services and one-on-one sessions addressing students' agenda on career development topics, resume reviews, mock interviews, design and facilitation of career development workshops; Deliver group presentations to the Career Peers of the CS office to encourage their career development and mentorship towards the student population, instruct training modules online (D2L) to the Career Peers teaching resume development, resume editing skills training & cover letter training.

Liaison between law students and the legal community; Built and strengthened connections for legal careers and networking (Ex: Established the Assentio Mentium Program (law.ucalgary.ca); Partnered with the Business Law Association (a student initiative) to propose and execute the Torys LLP Etiquette Dinner; Maintained employer databases, the CS website, resources, marketing materials, organized events, workshops and volunteerism.

Whether it is training workshops, one-on-one consultations, coaching or advising, to offering group dynamics no matter, my facilitation aims to foster a space for the individual(s) to learn and contribute from the head, heart, and hands in practice. This foundation can create vision and inspire through diverse, reciprocal, appreciative interactions. Assessed clients for employability readiness, willingness and abilities for program or referred to community resources for learning, training or work; Conducted pre-program orientations and post-program follow-ups up to 9 months to provide statistics to funders; Facilitated life and employability group/one-on-one skills training with attention to evaluative outcomes.
