Partner with the residential, retail, catering, sustainability and systems teams within Michigan Dining to develop and implement marketing content across campus. Involved in brand development for new concepts such as Mi Burger and Eigen Café. Manage a team of professional staff and students to ensure the deployment of marketing materials is executed including digital boards, social media, menu boards and in-store print messaging. In addition, we aim to create a robust marketing calendar for the academic year to drive student participation, create a positive customer experience and promote sustainable programming.

Responsible for maintaining marketing standards for dining at Eastern Michigan University. Including, but not limited to, menu boards, concessions, in-store merchandising, social media and events. I help train and develop students working in the marketing department in hopes they continue with Compass Group post graduation. Continuously growing on-campus and commuter meal plan sales through marketing initiatives. 2017 has shown a 20% increase in meal plan sales dollars year over year.

Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects for our internal customers, mainly the Detroit Lions. Creation of marketing materials, print and digital, and promotion of internal events. Also working closely with the management team at The Breadstick Bar and Bistro to drive traffic into the newly established restaurant within Ford Field.Keys to the Future Graduate - 2015
