Kelly Hammett retired from Corporate America in 2012 to pursue real estate investing. Although she has been an investor since the late 1990s and decorated homes in college for friends, it was the credit crisis in 2008 that enabled her to purchase rental property at a major discount yielding cash flow.Kelly Hammett also had a diversified business career, as it was both entrepreneurial and in Corporate America. As a Sales Professional, Kelly ‘s niche was selling technical products and introducing new technologies to the market in the bio-tech, pharmaceutical and dental industries. Kelly has a proven sales track record, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in all economies. As an Entrepreneur, Kelly started her own company, LuxCents in 2006. She sold luxury products for less and taught people how to live in luxury on a budget.
