On contract with The Boeing Company.I worked with process experts to define high-level processes and recommend ways to measure process health. I reviewed engineering drawings for safety-critical helicopter parts and flagged important features for increased surveillance during manufacturing.

I was a team member in the Supplier Quality organization of an aerospace company, focused primarily on defense products such as tactical aircraft and missile systems. I regularly worked off-site in a virtual capacity.- I performed technical and quality assessments at Boeing suppliers, providing the company valuable insight on supplier performance and capability.- I was a liaison between suppliers and programs during key production launches and major product issues.- I assisted suppliers with poor performance to improve processes and products.- I instructed formal training courses to peers in statistical methods.- I led a team in developing a new online training course for source inspection, a key technical job skill.- I provided technical support for high-level systems and processes in the Supplier Quality organization. - I analyzed data so that processes could be improved, and I worked with stakeholders for each process to create metrics that would help the organization evaluate the health and effectiveness of its work.

I was a key contributor to the launch of a new emission reporting database. I deployed the database at assembly plants and facilitated training sessions with operators. I conducted environmental tests at assembly plants and analyzed testing data. I designed and executed a community odor study to investigate complaints near an assembly plant.
