I have solved many problems for guests, in addition to the normal front desk responsibilities, ranging from plumbing and maintenance to housekeeping and some other things you might not expect to do working at a hotel such as helping a child with their homework.

I mainly worked at a resort restaurant for its reopening after the pandemic. This meant lots of trial and error and daily changes requiring me to adapt quickly and be able to problem solve because there wasn't a set way that the work was supposed to be done yet. I also learned how a large-scale restaurant operates and how to meet Disney's high standards for customer service. During my internship, I worked in three parks as well as eight resorts.
