As an Operational Innovations Change Lead, I am currently supporting BCG's Operations Leadership Team (OLT), while also staffed to various global transformation projects. In my role, I am primarily responsible for the strategy and execution related to identifying, designing, and driving the strategy for change management within the portfolio of the Operational Innovations Team. This includes the supported operational and digital transformation initiatives and involves working in close partnership with the relevant regions and/or functions.

Independently execute, coordinate and communicate key T&D initiatives. Enable T&D’s transformation in three areas:− Professional Development: Support the content development of leadership and technical training sessions and work with group leaders across T&D to identify people development needs in order to inform learning objectives, capability building content creation, and digitization of learning− Organizational Development: Support high impact change management strategies, create communication campaigns, and utilize surveys and user research to determine the greatest risks and resistance to change, working with transformation leaders to formulate action plans to counteract these challenges− Waltham Center Coordination & Development: Work with hub leader and local NKC leadership to successfully develop Waltham as T&D Product Development Center including real estate moves/decisions and ongoing cultural development and inculcation

− Execute global communications and contribute to ongoing strategizing as a member of the Transformational Change Team for McKinsey T&D (IT) to push awareness and adoption of new ways of working− Created new monthly newsletter: determine newsworthy stories, write articles, and distribute to 1200+ global Firm members in McKinsey T&D as the only regular source for T&D news, accomplishments, and changes− Content developer for new capability building workshops: attended concept sprint and wrote facilitator’s guide− Leader in strategic development of new “Women in Tech” initiative to help attract, retain, and develop women

Psychophysiological Lab; Primary Investigator: Amy J.C. Cuddy, Ph.D. − Pioneered the lab’s first developmental study by independently recruiting schools, coordinating testing logistics, and analyzing the data, which is published in Dr. Cuddy’s NYT Bestseller Book: Presence− Developed the methodology for a new power study, wrote the IRB, and independently conducted the study− Trained new RAs, designed studies on Qualtrics, and completed quantitative/qualitative coding projects

Research Assistant for Neuroscience Lab, Boston College, Primary Investigator: Gene Heyman, Ph.D.− Wrote protocol for new ambivalence study and edited drafts of studies before submitting− Advertised study and recruited all participants (up to 60 students per study)− Administered study and analyzed NESARC data using Stata statistics programs
