As a full-time student at the University of South Florida and with my knowledge of technology and operating systems, I have been part of the Tech Team at Tropicana Field for the Tampa Bay Rays for two and a half years now. With that work experience, I have grown upon foundational skills and achieved many more. Some of those skills include being proactive, inquisitive, able to solve complex problems, and communicating with team members effectively. In my second year with Tampa Bay Rays, I was asked to become a Lead member which includes responsibilities such as coordinating a team of roughly 10 individuals and relaying information between them and higher management. In doing so, I have learned the importance of organization, forward planning, and decision-making.
