Managed projects from conception to final application, working closely with both end users and designers/architects to help bring their vision to life. Developed and implemented the fulfillment system for Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen re-branding initiative. Engineered solutions for production of dimensional elements, outside of standard graphics. Moss, Inc (Andres Imaging) produced all new graphics and scenic elements and shipped to each new/refurbished Popeye's store. Each store requiring a unique set of decor. Worked directly with the design company, internal production, restaurant supply chains, and ultimately each franchise owner/GC for over 2600 stores.Consulted and engineered special projects outside of traditional graphic production within the company, including development, drafting, procurement, research, and execution.
