As a military kid, I grew up studying and admiring different cities’ and countries’ aesthetics and fell in love with simple but bold designs. Growing up like this, I also learned the importance of adaptability in every aspect of my life. I have always loved books and pursued an education in publishing, which led me to taking my first design course where I discovered how typography, imagery, color, and layout could be manipulated to create visually pleasing and accessible pieces. I want to be a designer that creates fresh and modern designs while always remaining creative and excited about the visual arts. I’m an upbeat, positive individual who enjoys encountering new ideas, new people, and new places, and I hope to continue to be a life long learner in the graphic design field as well as life.
