Design and manage the planning and execution of the SA Summer Experience program to strategically place 250+ scholars annually at competitive, residential pre-college summer programs. Since the program's launch in 2017, 200 scholars have attended selective pre-college programs and received $600k in scholarships and financial aid.Lead the development and implementation of SA's co-curricular college readiness programs and initiatives; develop a summer programming scope and sequence for grades 9- 12 to ensure programs are executed with a lens towards college persistence. Project managed college admissions process for our founding class; spearheaded the creation of a faculty-facing Letters of Recommendation e- learning course, worked with students daily to polish Common Applications and essays. 100% of SA’s founding class of students were admitted to highly selective four-year colleges and are currently enrolled.
