  We created Conn3cted to be different.Long before we had a single customer – we decided to design the company we wanted to work for.We had all worked in senior roles for large multinational organisations providing technology services with both good and bad experiences that we could learn from.So, we designed our own way of working.1) Understanding a customer’s business was paramount to success.2) Learning and development, not having time to learn creates a poorly motivated workforce.3) Create the culture that would attract the people we wanted to find.We decided that fun, energy and happiness at work was key – we want to work with talented people that enjoy working together.When we had finished, we had a lot of pages but most importantly, had designed a technology company from header to footer.It was not long after that we got our first customer, first paycheck and moved out of Emily’s dining room into an office.Now, many years later we have built the company that we designed.
