His nearly 20 years of construction experience is wide ranging, and also includes several retail, office and industrial tenant improvements from 6,000 to 180,000 SF. His projects tend to be more complex and involve a high level of coordination with multiple systems, programs and departments. Kelly builds office, industrial, public/private education, healthcare, hospitality and retail projects, including tenant improvements, build to suit, occupied building expansions, and occupied remodels.
