Senior Media Account Manager
CurrentIn this role I manage cross-functional relationships with internal teams and clients directly to own the client relationship post-sale. This includes, but is not limited to, the below responsibilities:- Own client communications through emails and leading status calls- Partner with Campaign Operations team members to work collaboratively on developing client relationships & successful media campaign executions- Own the sharing of campaign results with clients via email or live presentation- Manage full campaign from intake to wrap report, assisting with campaign setup and media optimization recommendations- Support Sales with up-sell opportunities by leveraging our data and reporting, both mid-flight and post-sale
