Job Responsibilities:Brought on by the MD and Product Director for a 6 month contract to shape and structure the disparate team of 25 multi-national Account Managers. Eventually handing the newly restructured team over to be led by a hand-picked team of middle-weight and senior account managers, each with a smaller team of account managers to maintain and lead, and headed up by a newly appointed team leader. In addition to planning and executing the team restructure to better service the business, I was responsible for the strategic planning, tactical execution, efficient delivery, and effective reporting across all areas of client services, including: • Team Management • Strategy & Planning• Management Reporting • Client Relationship Management• Problem Resolution & Complaint Handling• HR & Recruitment

Role Responsibilities • Managing clients and accounts both strategically and tactically • Producing considered marketing plans and presentations • Developing strong relationships with C-level clients, stakeholders and associates • Effectively presenting ideas and proposals • Assessing opportunities and threats to clients business and exploring for growth • Problem solving and working as part of a proactive response team • Producing detailed reports and tracking • Media advertising planning and execution • Managing account, creative and production teams• Process and schedule management including invoice projections, quotes, timelines and account admin• Production meetings, consultation and management • Liaise with suppliers and other departments such as media, creative, print, delivery etc.• Copy writing for online and offline campaign collateral (emails, brochures, newsletters, datasheets and content seeding)
