I am a very positive and eager person who loves to challenge myself. I come into work everyday smiling and knowing that no matter what, I am absorbing and learning new information that will only make me a more knowledgeable person and employee. I have always believed in the benefits of constructive criticism, and welcome any and all that my employer may want to give. I will never be too proud to listen to the mistakes I have made and how to fix them. I thrive and grow from those experiences, and I believe that through trial-and-error, I will eventually have extensive knowledge of how to be successful in the professional working world. I want to be able to build and maintain positive relationships with my employers and co-workers. I want to be a devoted employee who understands the necessities of interpersonal communication and how that impacts the tasks being completed. I hope to one day be able to manage my own communications department and be a strong team leader to all those I work with and around. I want to make solid connections with people, as well as other organizations and businesses, and gain their trust through my personal ethics and approachable demeanor. I don't believe in negativity or any type of behavior that brings down the self-confidence or emotions of others. I want to be someone that encourages her co-workers, and focuses on their successes and not their failures.
