I’m a senior strategic communications strategist with nearly two decades of global and regional experience. During this time, I have specialized in conceptualizing, crafting, and delivering high-impact messaging to enhance content engagement and brand reputation while advancing overall communications and change management priorities. The common thread around what I’ve done in the corporate setting has been around developing strong brand stories to win the hearts and minds of customers, clients, and employees. The story of my professional life goes beyond my work for large organizations – it is equally rooted in collaboration and meaningful relationships with the people at these companies. Over the past decade, I’ve witnessed colleagues’ challenges when managing personal and professional demands. I’ve counseled, mentored, and coached coworkers as they sought solutions to address work issues and challenges beyond the office. When the World Health Organization recognized burnout as an “occupational phenomenon,” it became clear that the consistent increase in work stress and anxiety needs to be addressed. All this sparked my deeper interest in mental health and psychological wellbeing. That is why I completed a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. John’s University and work part-time as a psychotherapist to support individuals on their mental health journeys.
