On a slow climb to the top, I observe my surroundings, noticing how my environment is constructed, and how the elements of that space feel on my physical being. I stand at the peak of the mountain taking in the present moment. I seek the best path down and strategize the details of the landscape. Whether my feet are attached to my skis or my hiking boots, they flow with the ground on the way down. I find balance as I navigate the terrain, feel energized by the changing landscape, and make decisions in the moment. I feel confident in my moves and soon find myself at the base of the mountain, longing for the experience all over again. I know, however, that although I will have another day on the mountain, no two days or experiences will be exactly the same so I take my experiences with me to use as a reference point with an open mind and open heart to whatever may unfold over that next peak.I am a Colorado-based manager, maker, and adventurer, with an entrepreneurial spirit. I stay present and grounded in the moment, whether that's exploring the great outdoors or working with organizations to create high functioning systems strategically designed to create high-performance organizations. I have the skills and perseverance to observe and clearly map current structures and needs. I am stubborn and won't stop until the project is complete or the system is built to last and evolve. I thrive on challenges and always seek the most streamlined and simple way to get to that next level of performance and operation.
