As an instructional designer, I work with an Orbis partnering university to help build and implement an Accelerated BSN program. Working with SMEs and faculty, we develop a curriculum that aligns with best practices for online education, as well as nursing education, and work to improve program success and NCLEX pass rates - creating the next generation of nurses! My focus is on innovative approaches to online education and student engagement, while also being aware of LMS limitations and design.

The Entr'acte Board hosts at least four events a session that focus on membership recruitment and membership retention to our theater. Our goal is to add more members in the 18-35 age range to help with the continued growth and activities of Footlite Musicals. I am the secretary of this group, as well as the treasurer's liason of the theater. My main task is communication of ideas to our entire board and Senior Board, as well as adding my input for organization and creativity to the events that we host.

I worked with collegians to help in scholarship, sisterhood, and retention of membership of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. We set scholarship goals and developed education plans for collegians. My team hosted a variety of sisterhood activities and events to work on the cohesiveness of the chapter and adding an encouraging environment to their chapter home.
