- Analyzed and reconfigured quarterly commission reports for over thirty doctors in a multi-million dollar practice to more accurately portray each doctor's contribution. -Developed financial reports across company locations for comparative analysis- Investigated financial errors and produced analysis to understand their impact on the company's financials- Created and formatted professional documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations for use by upper management as well as to send to clients.- Communicated with clients in both oral and written forms to improve customer service.

-Wrote debriefs on the impact of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), additional changes to Medicaid's program for those with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and other current issues in the healthcare space for use by Professor Edward F.X. Hughes-Prepared course materials for two classes taught by Professor Hughes at Kellogg which entailed finding relevant current events articles, editing class syllabi, communicating with guest speakers for the course and other miscellaneous clerical tasks.

Current independent research project (overseen by Dr. Roger Kroes) involves the invasive nature of glioma tumor cells. I also assist with other tasks within the lab which has led to a mastery of following laboratory techniques:-Cell culture-qPCR and PCR-Microarrays-Electrophoresis gels-Western Blotting-Bisulfite sequencing and Mini-Preparation-Sterile technique-Basic laboratory safety and proceduresCollaborated with fellow lab members on new ways to approach the project weekly through open discussion to overcome obstacles in the research methods.

Assisted the teaching laboratory in preparing materials which included preparing chemicals, aliquoting, as well as a working knowledge of sterile techniques and basic laboratory safety.
