I currently work in the Client Accounting Department mainly dealing with the accounting for property funds. Work includes the preparation of the monthly and quarterly management accounts, drafting year end statutory accounts (including IFRS 16) and liaising with the client's auditors. I also assist with the year end accounting for smaller rural property clients and service charge accounts.

I reported to the European Corporate Accounting team based in Luxembourg. My main responsibilities were to prepare monthly management accounts in US GAAP for 5 holding companies. I also worked with external auditors to submit UK statutory accounts and external tax advisors in the submission of the corporation tax returns.I was the main point of contact for HMRC under the Senior Accounting Office (SAO) regime for the UK group (26 companies).
